- The online help desk you are trying to reach utilizes the customer service software, HDAccess, developed by ScriptLogic. This is a web-based help desk software that will enables customers to enter trouble tickets, check on the status of issues, search a knowledgebase of known help desk issues, and update trouble tickets with new data.
- No additional software needs to be installed to allow you to access the help desk. HDAccess can be viewed using an internet connection and a web browser.
- However, to view HDAccess, you must use a newer web browser that is able to read "frames" (ie. Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.0 or greater for Windows)
- Please update your browser to view the customer login screen. Once logged in, you will be able to receive customer support from the help desk.
